Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Karly. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
    • In unused and original condition
    • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories
    • Returned in the original box or pouch
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.
    • The video must start before opening the packaging
    • It should clearly show the condition of the product on arrival

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at cs@karly.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Mention your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Attach the unboxing video as proof.
  4. Once approved, we will share return instructions.

Without an unboxing video, return/refund requests will not be accepted.


Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items returned without prior approval or after the 48-hour window

Shipping for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
